Last updated:

These Terms of Use explain how you may use Parivaar CFO, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

01Welcome to Parivaar CFO

Parivaar CFO is a family-focused financial management platform designed to help households organize, understand, plan, and manage their financial information in one place.

By creating an account or using Parivaar CFO, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

02What Parivaar CFO Does

Parivaar CFO may help you:

  • Organize household financial information
  • Understand household cash flow
  • Connect supported financial accounts where available
  • Identify potential financial gaps or areas requiring attention
  • Understand income and expenses
  • Receive AI-generated explanations and insights
  • Track commitments and upcoming payments
  • Manage financial information shared between household members
  • Create and monitor financial goals
  • Store or organize certain financial documents and information

Our goal:

See → Understand → Act

Parivaar CFO is designed to help you make better-informed financial decisions.

03Parivaar CFO Is Not a Bank

Parivaar CFO is not a bank, payment system, or financial institution unless specifically stated for a particular regulated service.

Parivaar CFO does not hold your bank deposits.

Where third-party regulated providers are used to connect financial information, those services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements.

04Financial Information and Insights

Parivaar CFO may use information you provide, information you manually enter, and information obtained through supported integrations to generate financial insights.

These insights may include:

  • Cash-flow observations
  • Spending summaries
  • Goal progress
  • Financial health indicators
  • Reminders
  • Potential issues or gaps
  • AI-generated explanations

Important

Parivaar CFO’s insights are intended to help you understand your financial situation.

They should not automatically be treated as professional financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or lending advice.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information provided through the platform.

05AI Features

Parivaar CFO does not rely on AI alone for calculations or financial records. Where applicable, financial calculations and account information are based on underlying data and system logic, while AI is used to explain, summarize or assist with understanding.

Parivaar CFO may use artificial intelligence to:

  • Explain financial information
  • Summarize transactions or documents
  • Identify patterns
  • Answer questions
  • Generate financial insights
  • Help you understand possible actions

Check before you act

AI-generated information can sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or misunderstood.

You should verify important information before making significant financial decisions.

Parivaar CFO will not intentionally represent AI-generated information as guaranteed financial outcomes.

06Your Account

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Keeping your OTPs and passwords confidential
  • Using your own account
  • Informing us if you believe your account has been compromised

You must not:

  • Impersonate another person
  • Create fraudulent accounts
  • Use another person’s financial information without permission
  • Attempt to bypass security controls
  • Reverse engineer or attack the service
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes

07Family Accounts

Parivaar CFO allows households to create family relationships and permissions.

The household controller may be able to manage certain household settings and member permissions. However:

Each adult decides:

Each adult household member controls their own financial-data consent.

Adding someone to a household does not automatically give another person access to that individual’s financial information.

Where required, separate consent and verification will be requested.

For minors, access and data handling will follow applicable law and the permissions established by the responsible parent/guardian.

08Connecting Financial Accounts

Where account connectivity is available, Parivaar CFO may use regulated or authorized third-party infrastructure to facilitate financial-data sharing.

You control whether you provide consent.

Our principle:

No consent → No access to that financial data.

You should only connect accounts that you are authorized to access.

You may be able to revoke consent depending on the integration and applicable provider rules.

09Manual Information

Some information may need to be entered manually because financial institutions may not provide a complete picture of your household finances.

Examples can include:

  • Cash expenses
  • Rent
  • Household expenses
  • Money given to family
  • Unconnected accounts
  • Upcoming commitments
  • Personal financial goals

You are responsible for ensuring that information you manually enter is reasonably accurate.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in less accurate insights.

10Payments and Subscriptions

Some Parivaar CFO features may require a paid subscription.

Pricing, billing frequency, taxes, renewal terms, and available features will be displayed before purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Parivaar CFO does not store your complete card details when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

11Third-Party Services

Parivaar CFO may integrate with third-party services such as:
